Preliminary Research Questions

Good morning girls!

Below I've listed some preliminary research questions we can get started with:

  1. What types of technologies will use the digital parking lot awareness interface (PCs, PDAs, LED video display billboards, GPS tracking equipment)?
  2. What should we call this interface?
  3. If the interface is placed on street corners, which ones should they be?
  4. Will all people be able to access the interface (i.e. low-income, disabled, etc)?
  5. Should the interface be working at all times or only during important events?
  6. Who controls the interface? Is the interface an automatic system or do parking attendants check in each parking space count?
  7. What are the constraints (what can’t we design)?
Also do we need to list tasks completed and tasks pending for this week?
